Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you accept delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at manager@bulkdecoyclub.com for a return shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Re-stocking Fee
Because we cover the original shipping charges under our free shipping program, returns our costly on our end. We allow 1 box of decoys to be returned free of a re-stocking fee. If you are returning more than 1 box of decoys we will deduct $10.00 per box re-stocking fee to help cover the original shipping amount we were charged.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for the credit to post to your account.
